Examine the web sites that are listed below (all are “hot”—that is, you can click and go to them).  Working with your partner(s), determine whether each site is created for the web OR reprinted on the web.  Once you do that, come up with a bibliographic entry for the site (note:  there may be some variability in the answers given).
